Everyone loves a great deal and the internet is often where you will find the best.  Here at Tackle Discounts we feel its only fair to let you return something if you are not 100% happy.

Unwanted Products

All transactions are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000, which states that you have the right to 7 working days 'Cooling-off' period starting from the day the item was received. This is to allow for the fact that you did not have the chance to peruse the item as you would in a shop.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with any item/items that you have ordered, provided that the goods you ordered are returned to us in original unused condition (including packaging & boxes) within 30 days of receipt, we will immediately refund the purchase price of the item/s using the same method as your original payment or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE - Items can only be returned to us once we have authorised it.  Please do not send anything back to us without this authorisation number as the return may not be processed or may take considerably longer.  Any delivery charges incurred are non-refundable.

As we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit, all returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We strongly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent when returning an item or items to us.

All Shipping costs of any returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Products

You always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of delivery. If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service (fees may apply). In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.  If an item is returned to us and we determine that the fault was not a manufacturers defect then we will return the item back to you at your cost.

Damaged Products

Please unpack your product within 48 hours of delivery.  If you find that your product has a fault then please contact us immediately.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service.
