Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please check the item listing to find out the delivery method and cost of your item.

We post UK Mail Baggit Next Working Day as standard. Please check your item listing to check otherwise. We mark all our items as dispatched once they are packed. Occasionally things do go missing in the post, or can be delayed.

If the item is sent via courier and no one is at home to receive the delivery, then the courier will "card" you with instructions for re-delivery. If you are "carded" you should phone the number on the card within 7 days to rearrange delivery. If no contact has been made within 7 days the parcel will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be invoiced to you as this is charged to us by the courier.

To minimise the risk of improper use of your payment card, we regret that we are unable to deliver orders to any address other than the address registered with your payment card issuer.
